• You must not share account access or attempt unauthorized access to other users or systems.
• You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

Service Nature

TradeTracking.io provides software tools, analytics, and workflow automation for trade journaling and performance review.

The service does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for trading and financial decisions.

Pricing, Billing, and Renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on monthly or yearly cycles as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
• Final payable amount, currency, and taxes (including VAT where applicable) are shown before purchase confirmation.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel recurring subscriptions from account settings or billing portal access. Cancellation applies to future renewal periods unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable Use

• No abuse, reverse engineering, disruption, scraping at harmful scale, or unlawful usage.
• No upload or transmission of data you are not authorized to process.
• Read-only connector credentials should be used where supported.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features for operational, security, or product reasons. Material legal updates are published on this page with an updated date.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Governing Law and Venue

Unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
